- A SELF~SERVICE Menu where our chef cooks and you serve your guests; this does not include sternos or the presence of our chef at your party.
- A FULL~SERVICE Menu where our chef stays and serves your guests, this does include sternos and serving utensils as well as the presence and attention of our chef at your party.
